What the BHI measures.
Everyone has a natural energy. The BHI maps yours across the three qualities that our research consistently shows make people brilliant in how they show up for others.
Driver one
Kindness
The degree to which care for others is a genuine, consistent instinct - not a reaction to pressure or a performance. Kindness is the foundation that makes everything else safe to build on. Without it, empathy feels clinical and inspiration feels manipulative.
Driver two
Empathy
The ability to read what is really happening beneath the surface - not just what people say, but what they mean and what they need. People with high Empathy make others feel genuinely understood, which is one of the rarest things one person can give another.
Driver three
Inspiration
The capacity to create genuine energy and belief - to make people feel that what they are doing is worth doing, and that they are capable of more than they thought. Inspiration gives people somewhere to go. Kindness and Empathy make the journey feel safe. All three matter.
