Cookie Policy.

Last updated: June 2026. This policy explains how brillianthumans.co.uk uses cookies and similar technologies.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, or to work more efficiently, and to provide information to the site owner. Some cookies are essential to a site’s basic functionality; others are used for analytics, personalisation, or advertising.

We keep our use of cookies straightforward. This policy explains exactly what we do — and what we do not do.

How we use cookies

brillianthumans.co.uk uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies for two purposes:

Site functionality. We store your cookie consent preference using your browser’s localStorage. This means we remember whether you have accepted or declined cookies without setting a cookie itself — your preference is stored locally on your device only. The key used is bh_cookie.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site — for example, which pages are most visited, how long people spend on them, and where traffic comes from. This helps us improve the site over time. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device to collect this information. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google as part of this process.

Types of cookies and storage we use

The table below summarises what is currently in use on this site.

Third-party services

Running this site involves a small number of third-party services. These may process limited data as part of delivering their service:

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics (GA4) to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how our site is used. Google may process this data on servers outside the UK. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Google’s privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

Google Fonts. We load typefaces (Poppins and Plus Jakarta Sans) from Google’s font delivery network. When your browser requests these fonts, Google’s servers receive your IP address and browser information. Google’s privacy policy governs this data: policies.google.com/privacy.

Netlify. Our site is hosted on Netlify, which processes web requests and form submissions on our behalf. Netlify may log standard server data (IP addresses, request times, and so on) as part of normal hosting operations. Netlify’s privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy.

Cal.eu. Our booking page is hosted by Cal.eu. If you choose to book a call, their privacy policy applies to the data you provide. You can find it at cal.com/privacy.

Your choices

When you first visit our site, a cookie banner gives you the option to accept or decline non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored locally in your browser and will be remembered on your next visit.

You can also manage or delete cookies directly through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to block cookies, delete existing cookies, or browse in a private mode that does not store cookies between sessions. Your browser’s help documentation will explain how.

Declining non-essential cookies or clearing your browser storage will not affect your ability to use this site. Core functionality will continue to work normally.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, if we introduce new tools or change how the site is hosted. The date at the top of this page will always reflect when the policy was last revised. We recommend checking back occasionally if you want to stay informed.
